Flanges, plates and brackets

• Flanges: with bolt circles and spigots machined for pipe, pump and reducer connections.
• Motor and gearbox plates: with the hole pattern of your machine.
• Supports and brackets: for cylinders, sensors and bearings.
• Covers and body plates: with seal and bearing seats.
• Welded assemblies: machined after welding so the dimensions hold.

Sheet and plate parts are laser cut first, then the holes, pockets, countersinks and threads are machined.

On connecting parts the hole pattern is what matters most. If the part goes onto an existing machine, measure the hole centres, the spigot diameter and the plate thickness — and send the old part if you can.

ISO 2768-m applies to standard machining; H7 is used on spigots and bearing seats.

• Plate thickness, outside dimensions and the hole pattern (centre distances, hole diameters).
• Material: S235/S355 steel, stainless or aluminium.
• Surface treatment: paint, galvanising or anodising if needed.
• Quantity and deadline.
