CNC machining and spare parts

Not only gears: we have any machined part that broke, wore out or is no longer available produced from your drawing or your old part.

What we make

Milled parts

Mounting plates, flanges, housings and covers, guides and slides, mould components and profiled parts, machined on 3-axis machining centres to the tolerances and surface finish on your drawing.

Turned parts

Shafts, bushings, sleeves, adapters, pins, nuts and special fasteners, tapered and threaded parts — from a single piece to series production.

Machine spare parts

Parts for machines whose builder no longer supplies spares or quotes long lead times. Send the broken part as a sample: we take the dimensions, restore the missing sections to standard values and have the part remade.

Prototypes and one-offs

We produce single pieces so you can test a design. Once the prototype is approved, series production runs from the same drawing.

Our machining services

Each service has its own page with the details.

CNC milling
Plates, flanges, housings, guides and mould components, from a drawing or a sample.
CNC turning
Shafts, bushings, sleeves, adapters, pins and threaded parts, from one piece to series.
Machine spare parts
Parts you cannot source any more, remade from your old part.
Shafts and axles
Stepped, keyed and threaded shafts, hardened and ground where needed.
Bushings and bronze bearings
Bronze, steel and plastic bushings; flanged and oil-grooved types.
Flanges, plates and brackets
Flanges with machined bolt patterns, motor plates, supports and brackets.
Cylindrical and surface grinding
Holding size after hardening, tight tolerances and fine surfaces.
Prototypes and one-offs
No minimum order; series production follows from the same drawing.

Materials and treatments

We recommend the material according to the duty: structural steels (S235, S355), through-hardening steels (C45, 42CrMo4), case-hardening steels (16MnCr5, 20MnCr5), stainless steels (304, 316, 420), aluminium (6061, 7075), bronze and brass, and engineering plastics such as POM and PA.

Heat treatments (hardening, nitriding, induction hardening) and surface treatments (coating, anodising, phosphating, painting) are arranged as part of the job. Tell us what you need in the request; if you do not, we suggest what suits the application.

What we need for a quote

  • A drawing: PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP. With dimensions, tolerances and material on it, the quote is fastest.
  • A sample: for parts without a drawing, send the old part and we take the dimensions.
  • Photos and dimensions: a photo next to a ruler plus the dimensions you know is usually enough for an indicative quote.
  • Quantity and deadline: tell us how many you need and when; the price depends on quantity.

In the quote form, pick “Machined part (not a gear)” as the part type and describe the part. Your quote arrives by e-mail within 24 hours.

Frequently asked questions

Do you make single pieces?

Yes. Most spare part requests are for one piece. The unit price drops as the quantity grows, and the quote shows this clearly.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no fixed minimum. On very small jobs the machine set-up makes up most of the price, so the unit price can look high.

What tolerances do you work to?

ISO 2768-m covers standard machining. Tighter tolerances (H7 bores, h6 shafts) are held when the drawing says so; work needing grinding is quoted separately.

Who does the machining?

Production runs in the partner workshops we have worked with for a long time. We pick the right machine and workshop for your part, and dimension checks and delivery stay with us.
