Machine spare parts

For machines whose builder no longer supplies spares, quotes months of lead time or has stopped production, we have the part remade.

How production from a sample works

No drawing is needed; most requests arrive as a broken or worn part.

  1. The sample reaches us. By courier or in person; we send the address once you approve the quote.
  2. Dimensions are taken. With calipers, micrometers and gauges; worn or broken sections are restored to standard values.
  3. Material is chosen. According to the load, speed and environment the part runs in.
  4. Production and inspection. The part is made, checked and shipped; your sample comes back with it if you ask.

Sending the mating part as well (the shaft, the bearing or the gear it runs with) makes the fits safer.

Which spare parts?

Besides power transmission parts such as gears, pulleys and sprockets, we make shafts, bushings, sleeves, flanges, covers, supports, guides, pins, special nuts, mould components and housings — anything that can be machined.

Agricultural and construction machinery, textile and packaging lines, lathes and milling machines, pumps and reducers are the areas we work in most.

Time and cost

Most spare part jobs are single pieces, where set-up and measuring make up most of the cost. Having a couple of extra pieces made saves time and money the next time the machine stops; the quote shows the unit price per quantity.

If your machine is down, tick the urgent box in the form and we put the request at the front of the queue.
